Health and Wellness Services:
I provide a full comprehensive look at my client's food history, eating patterns and emotional attachments to their foods, and assist in reshaping, redirecting and letting go of any unhealthy relationships surrounding their diets. I educate on what they are putting into their bodies and help them change poor food choices into maximum benefit food choices. I help them understand this is not a diet, but a "lifestyle" that they enter into and will deeply benefit from for the rest of their lives. When they feel better, they do better. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy with quality of maximum health being the wealth of people's lives.
Consultations:
I sit with each client and we talk about areas where they do not feel well; whether its fatigue or extra weight they are carrying, or illnesses they struggle with, i.e. IBS, Diabetes or high blood pressure. I look at their work schedules and time frames they can carve out to exercise and manage their diets. I create very customized plans and offer a full array of services, from shopping foods and meal planning, clearing out pantries and restocking with the healthiest food choices, and creating menus to adhere to for busy working families/singles/couples, and so forth. I also play an accountability role and hold my clients to their commitments through coaching and positive reinforcements. I help them with better choices when they want to slip back into bad choices, I offer healthy and delicious alternatives. I make it fun so no one feels like they are on a diet. It's a journey to optimal wellness and from there to accomplishing all great goals. My greatest gift from coaching is the happy client who looks and feels brand new again. This is sheer bliss for me and the greatest reward for me. Meal Planning service entails: Working with client's specific taste and food desires and finding the best combinations to create max benefit menus around their lifestyles.
Salad In a Jar:
Will include a combination of hand created max benefit salad "combinations" that will target certain desired results. If you are bloated, a fruit salad loaded with watermelon to assist with bloating symptoms. If you need a protein boost, a Chicken or Fish salad with eggs and rich dark greens. If you have PMS symptoms, a salad packed with feel-good mood-boosting raw nuts, dried fruits and olive oil to aid in reducing hormonal imbalances. I will label each jar with its fantastic beneficial properties. It will be one grab-and-go process.
Corporate Lunch and Learns:
I provide a wonderful service speaking and teaching about Health and Wellness with my fun and interactive Corporate “Lunch and Learns”. I also speak to small busineses and to women’s organizations for that shot in the arm on all things health, beauty and wellness. “It Takes Hart” with Tina Hart enjoys going to the streets, empowering our business community, and large organizations with greater knowledge and easy to implement tools needed to achieve people's optimal health and wellness goals. I believe when people “feel well, they will do well”, which is better for everyone's bottom line. I help bring about greater health so people I assist may obtain greater wealth.
